When you select Go Now, BarberLink records that you have indicated an intention to visit the selected business. BarberLink may automatically notify the selected business that a customer has indicated an intention to visit.
Business account information
If you register or manage a business on BarberLink, we may collect:
- Your name and contact details;
- Business name and address;
- Business telephone number;
- Opening hours;
- Services and pricing;
- Business photographs;
- Account and verification information;
- Subscription information; and
- Customer activity associated with your BarberLink business profile.
Some business information displayed on BarberLink may also come from publicly available sources.
Payment information
Paid BarberLink business subscriptions may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
BarberLink does not store your complete payment-card details where those details are processed directly by the payment provider.
Technical and analytics information
When you use BarberLink, we may collect information such as:

- Pages viewed;
- Session and interaction information;
- Referral information;

- Performance and error information.

BarberLink may use information such as:

- Historical demand patterns;
- Current customer activity; and
- Go Now activity
to provide information designed to help customers decide when and where to visit.
We may use aggregated or appropriately de-identified activity information to understand demand patterns and improve BarberLink.
International transfers
Some technology providers used by BarberLink may process information outside the United Kingdom.
Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that relevant safeguards are in place.
How long we keep information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing BarberLink, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving disputes, improving the service and meeting legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.
